It seems to be the thing to do these days, starting a podcast, so I thought I'd join in.

I've been a fan of property since I was very young. While my career has primarily followed other things, I've been a property investor (fancy term for a landlord) for nearly twenty years.

More recently I've also moved my main career in the direction of property by launching a property software product to simplify life for landlords.

Separate from the software, my own level of property investment has been gradually growing, mostly in the background, over the years. I'm now intending to put more active effort into growing my property investments though.

With nearly two decades of experience, current active involvement and a property software business, I spend a lot of my time thinking and talking about property. Often when talking, the conversations are with another local property investor and cover some interesting (I think) topics. So obviously(!) we've decided to start recording them as a podcast: The Business of Property.
